160,000 sf, $15m medical office building. 5 levels on an existing 7 level parking deck that is open to the public. Extensive rework of the parking deck including reskinning the exterior façade at the north and east elevations, new lobbies at each level, new automatic fire sprinkler system and updated MEP throughout the deck. Approximately $5m of medical build out in addition to the shell building.
